Movie was screened in the presence of Chief Guest Shri Dharam Pal, Adviser to Administrator, U.T. Chandigarh along with his wife Ms. Anita Pal and in attendance were Deen Raj Director, Sankar Naidu Producer, Actor Nirroze Putcha and Samaira Sandhu actress along with who’s who of Chandigarh UT.
Dignitaries were in high praise of the patriotic zeal showcased by director in the feature film. It’s a tribute to Galwan Valley martyrs. Along with Samaira Sandhu, Nirroze Putcha, Sonam Barphungpa, Subharanjan Mukherjee, Peden O Namgyal and Rajeswari have also featured in the main roles.
The movie was shot in the scenic locations of siliguri and Sikkim over a span of 60 days. Under the technical expertise of team from Hyderabad, it’s one of the rare movie that has captured exotic beauty of less traveled North east India very artistically.
It’s one of the first Indian movie that has been made in tribute to Galwan Valley Martyrs.
Also it’s proud moment for our Chandigarh girl Samaira Sandhu to play a significant role in this movie, she said “our Punjabi Blood has always been in the forefront on borders and everywhere when it’s the call of Nation.” She also expressed that she is humbled and at the same time very emotional to play such a part where she could express her love for the nation and could make the sentiment of her Punjabi martyr brothers reach masses through her character portrayal of a Punjabi girl fighting for the Nation.
Chief Guest appreciated the movie and congratulate the team and given the team of the movie best wishes for their movie. Dr. Dharam Pal also appreciated the acting of our girl of the City Beautiful, Ms. Samaira Sandhu and her efforts and dedication in the movie and wishes her best of luck for her future
